Almond Oil (sweet)

The best thing about sweet almond oil is that it contains vitamin A and it's the retinol in vitamin A that has the ability to smooth fine lines.  Almond oil also contains vitamin E, omega3 fatty acids and zinc.  A high antioxidant containing oil which helps with premature aging, almond oil has also been known to reduce dark circles and puffiness under the eyes.  We use it in our Wild & Free Balm

A

Avocado Oil

The oleic acid in avocado oil promotes collagen production - collagen plumps your skin helping reduce appearance of lines and aging.  High in sterolins which may reduce the look of age spots.  Avocado oil is highly rejuvenating making it an excellent oil for dryness and itching.

Candelilla Wax

Candelilla wax is a great vegan alternative to beeswax.  Having protective and softening properties makes this a great wax for skin care balms.  It is plant based and comes from a desert shrub native to Mexico and Southern Texas.

C

Coconut Oil

A very popular oil known for its antifungal, antibacterial and moisturising properties coconut oil has become a staple ingredient in many beauty products.  Composed of nourishing fatty acids helping keep skin smooth and hydrated and boosting skins elasticity.  We include it in our Wild & Free Balm as it helps soften makeup to aid in the removal and gentle cleanse of the face

Microcare DB

This product is a direct substitute for Geogard 221

Microcare DB is a blend of an organic acid with benzyl alcohol which can be used for the gentle preservation of all personal care products. It is equally effective against a broad range of bacteria, moulds and yeasts and is ideal for Ecocert applications.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is an excellent hydrator and like avocado oil is also high in oleic acid therefore promoting collagen production.  A moisturising and restorative oil great for both skin and hair.
